This is a large, elegant ground-floor studio apartment with a queen bed, gorgeous electric fireplace, full kitchen (in a separate room), dining table, luxurious shower (but no tub), Roku TV (log into your own platforms), wifi, and a shared outdoor area. There are 4 apartments on site, this one has a private entrance. Note: there is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, but sound doesn't carry over to this apartment.
Walk to everything in Tannersville, 10 min drive to hiking, Hunter, Kaaterskill Falls, Arboretum. 20 to Windham, 30 to Saugerties, Catskill & Woodstock, 40 to Kingston.

Reviews
"Elegant" is an Understatement
We loved everything about this apartment. It's described as a studio because the sleeping, living and dining spaces are in the same room. However, that room is huge, bright and gorgeous, and so perfectly laid out that we were comfortable in each of the three tastefully designated spaces. Unlike most studios, this (gorgeous) apartment has a full kitchen in a separate room, and it has a dishwasher. Doug - he's the one who cooks - says it is a most comfortable and attractive space. Just outside the kitchen, there's a shared terrace with another dining space surrounded by a lovely garden. Doug told me to mention that he found chives in the garden and wild thyme on the lawn. I saved for last my comments about the bathroom, which is also - you guessed it - gorgeous. Especially the shower, where you will be tempted to run up a massive water bill as those high-pressure water jets along the wall provide a massage that is a true spa experience. We travel a lot and have had mostly good experiences with accommodations. This apartment is one of our absolute favorites and we absolutely recommend it.

The perfect retreat
I stayed in the “Handsome studio with separate kitchen” and I was blown away by the beauty of this apartment. Every detail brought me joy. Walking distance from lots of restaurants and a spa (where I got an incredible massage). The cherry on top was the burger/ice cream place across the street where you can get gluten free ice-cream sandwiches! The apartment was super clean, modern and tidy, and had everything I needed. Despite being ground level on a semi busy street, it felt very private as all windows had blackout shades and sheer curtains if I wanted to let in light during the day. The bathroom was spacious with a luxurious shower. The host Rebecca was very kind and welcoming when we bumped into each other when I arrived. I wish I could have stayed longer!

We stayed several times this summer in Catskills on Main in Tannersville. We were very satisfied and very comfortable each time. Rebecca is very accommodating and makes sure her guests are well taken care of. We look forward to staying there again.
